This is an elegant, classic French Lemon Tart recipe that’s very straight forward to make. The lemon tart filling is my idea of perfect – smooth, melt-in-your-mouth creamy, not too sweet, and not too sour (which many recipes seem to be??!). Set just enough so you can cut neat slices.
