In this video, we took the opportunity to drive the BEAUTIFUL Champagne route in France. It’s a popular French road trip, and there are lots of different driving routes available but we did the Reims to Epernay road trip which was around 77 KM.
We explored the city of Reims a little, checking out its cathedral and general vibes, then went on a Tattienger Champagne tour, which was super interesting and we got to learn all about the process behind making champagne, along with a lovely tasting at the end!
We highly recommend you do a France Champagne tour of any Champagne house or local vineyard.
Then the second day, we explored the capital of Champagne, Epernay, which was glorious, and then we stayed on a Champagne Vineyard called “Champagne Bouquet” which was AMAZING!
We had views of the vineyards, took a Champagne tasting and tour, and bought ourselves 3 bottles of delicious, local champagne.
This was SUCH a dreamy road trip in France, and honestly a bucket list adventure.
We’ve both imagined visiting the Champagne region in France, and I always thought it would be overpriced, but it is NOT!
It’s extremely affordable and extremely beautiful, and if you ever get the chance to do a road trip throughout the Champagne region in France, then do not hesitate!
