French fries is one of the world famous and popular recipe . I am a big fan of this crispy french fries , when i was working in Bangalore this crunchy sticks was my occasional companion. Myself and my friends used to visit McDonald’s very often and got addicted to it, Fries with a side of Ketchup woooow !!! tastes heavenly.
If we follow some tips and tricks we will get crispy texture on the outside it it stays soft and creamy at the inside. Always Choose large and big potatoes to get nice and long sticks especially the one with less starch in it eg Russet Potatoes are always best for making french fries.
