The Adelaida District, which is the most northwestern of the 11 Paso Robles districts, is well defined by its mountainous topography. Nestled within the southern end of the Santa Lucia Mountain Range, many slopes are covered with coastal Live Oaks and chaparral, as well as a few many vineyards. Today we talk to a few vintners who are exceptionally articulate at talking about the Adelaida District and what makes it unique for growing high-quality wine grapes.
