Just Egg French Omelette | 2 Ingredient Vegan Omelette Recipe | #shorts
Hi hello, how are ya? Today I will show you how to make a Vegan French Omelette using Just Egg. This simple recipe is only 2 ingredients but it is so tasty! This egg free omelette is all about technique so if it doesn’t come out perfect the first time, just remember that practice makes perfect! This classic omelette is so buttery and tender! Who needs eggs when you can enjoy the taste while being 100% vegan!
//RECIPE//
1/2 cup Just Egg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vegan butter
Shake the Just Egg well. Add it to a bowl with the salt and mix well. Heat an 8 inch non-stick pan on medium. Add in the butter and swirl around. Add the Just Egg as soon as the butter melts. Use a plastic fork or spatula and work in a circular motion to incorporate the butter. Continue to cook while mixing until you have scrambled eggs with a bit of liquid. Tap down and evenly distribute the eggs. Tip the pan down and begin to fold the omelette onto itself. Cook slightly if needed then fold the other side over top to create a seal. Place a plate over top and flip. Cool slightly before using your hands to create a torpedo shape. Allow the omelette to rest for about 30 seconds before eating. Optionally, add a little bit of butter for shine and chopped chives. Enjoy!
