Ingredients:
3 Vidalia onions
1 small container of demiglace
1 container of beef stock
1 sprig of thyme
1 sprig of rosemary
4 tablespoons of butter
1 sourdough loaf
1 block of gruyere cheese
1 cup of white wine
a few tablespoons of brandy
minced garlic water
