Wine legend Steven Spurrier had judged the Virginia Governor’s Cup in recent years. His international footprint in the wine industry was created after the legendary blind-tasting 1976 ‘Judgement of Paris’ competition which catapulted American wine to world recognition. Steven’s love of seeking out new wines brought him to Virginia. Jay Youmans from Capital Wine School oversees the cup competition.
