Raphael Midoir has been following in the family’s footsteps since 1997, ensuring that the quality of the light and fresh wines from their vineyards is of the best quality. He makes wines without sulfites because he wants the taste to be as pure as possible.
In the village of Chémery in Touraine in the heart of the great Loire Valley lies the property of the Midoir family with 27 hectares of vineyards. Here Raphael and his family work with 20 hectares of white grapes (Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay) and 7 hectares of red grapes (Cabernet Franc, Gamay and Malbec).
