Gully Kitchen & Bar introduces a progressive culinary collaboration with Blu Kouzina, bringing a modern twist to global street flavours and cocktails.
We were treated to a really sumptuous brunch as every dish presented before our eyes won our hearts and bellies alike! Our overall impression of the gastronomic delights which we have savoured were that they were flavourful and really exciting to the palate! Every dish was a winner in its own right. We particularly enjoyed the South African BBQ Ribs drizzled with a generous luscious coat of chutney, and completed with french fries and homemade coleslaw. The meat was really juicy and tender on the inside while the exterior boasted of a light crispy texture of char-grilled smokey flavour. The cocktails specially crafted in-house were a great match with the dishes we had too!
