These croissants which made by my boyfriend are simply amazing. So crispy on the outside with a nice golden color. Gosh this is perfect treat for breakfast or even brunch.

Croissant are made of a layered yeast french dough. Traditionally the dough is layered with butter, rolled and folded several times in succession and then again rolled into a sheet.
But in this recipe, we are going to make these wonderful croissants a different one but is more an easy one which takes a longer time and effort.
Direction for Preparing the Dough:
To prepare a dough the day before you have to count minimum 4 hours and half for the day of baking.
The recipe is good for 8 croissant plus 8 chocolatines.
Cold Milk = 250g
Flour T55 = 200g
Flour T45 = 300g
Butter = 50g
Fresh yeast = 20g
Sugar = 45g
Salt. = 10g
Additional for the second day of preparation for the dough.
Tourage 250g this has to apply after puting the dough in the fridge.
Direction for Baking.
Baking time for 20mins for 180 celcius degree.
