French food is famous around the world great quality and taste. In the city of Caen in Normandy exist a unique dish called tripes a la mode de Caen. It dates back to medieval times and it was Williams the Conqueror’s favorite dish. If this meal is good enough for the duke of Normandy and king of England then it’s good enough for me.
