BAKE: 300 Degrees for 17-20 Minutes
COOLING: 30 Minutes before assembly
INGREDIENTS for MACAROONS
3 – Large Eggs (remove yolks)
1 3/4 Cups – Powdered Sugar (sifted twice)
1 – Cup Almond Flour (sifted twice)
1/2 TSP. Vanilla Extract
2 – Drops of Yellow Food Color GEL
1/4 – TSP. Salt
INGREDIENTS for BUTTER CREAM FILLING
2 – Sticks of Salted Butter
3 – Cups of Powdered Sugar
1 TBS. – Zest of Lemon
Juice from 1/2 Fresh Lemon
