The Hervieux family grows and traditionally makes their wine, and they proudly say that every single bunch of grapes and bottles has been in human hands on their way to a wine-loving consumer’s glass. They value respect for nature highly and practice clean and sustainable viticulture in the Montagne de Reims fields. With the environment in mind and the desire to maintain a biodiversity on earth, the family has committed itself by obtaining certifications such as Haute Valeur Environnemntale – HVE (High Environmental Value), Viticulture Durable – VDC (sustainable viticulture) and Bee Friendly.
