Hey, Sorin here! in the first episode I will take you with me in france and make the famous Onion soup and Coq au vin.

Onion soup Recipe:
1,5 kg- Onions
1,5 l – Unsalted beef stock
200 ml – Dry white wine
2 tbsp – Flour or 1 tbsp Flour starch
3 tbsp – Olive oil
Thyme
rozmarin
2 bay leaves
Salt
Pepper
French baguette for topping
Gruyere cheese, shredded for topping
Freshly chopped chives for topping

Coq au vin
4 Bone-in chicken legs
salt, to taste
Freshly ground black pepper for taste
750 ml red wine
50 ml brandy
2 bay leaves
2-4 fresh thyme springs
Rozmarin
150 pancetta
2 medium onions
2 medium carrots
2 garlic cloves
1 1/2 tbsp tomato pasta
2 tbsp all-purpose flour
200 gr mushrooms
100 gr pickled pearl onions
Freshly chopped parsley for topping
