Mas Des Abricots is surrounded by 3 hectares of olives and mature garden – situated a 10 minute walk from the centre of Eygalieres, 35 minutes from Avignon with stunning views of the Alpilles
The village has a grocery, butchers, bakery and several restaurants and bars.
The beautifully maintained house has a spacious sitting room, study, large kitchen, 4 double bedrooms and a dormitory for 3, 4 bathrooms (3 en suite). In addition there are several outside eating areas, including a BBQ.
Set within the garden is a 12.5m x 6m heated swimming pool with homologated electric cover, with 8 sun loungers, 3 sun chairs and a 2m long dining table for outside eating.
There are stunning views over the Alpilles and to Eygalieres old town. The house is secluded and quiet, set in an olive grove with over 200 trees. There are apricots, peaches, mirabelles and fig trees.
There are three road bikes for careful cyclists as well as five town bikes. Parking is under a shaded area or in a garage.
The rental includes 3 hours of house cleaning per week. Maintenance of the pool and garden are included in the rental price.
