One bite Madeleines, it takes almost no effort to make these mouthwatering, buttery, soft French delicacy.
The ingredients are very basic and I am sure that everyone have at home, there you go:
For about 50 mini madeleines:
– 2 eggs
– 90 g sugar
– 30 g latte
– 5 g baking powder
– 125 g all-purpose flour
– 125 g melted butter
– 1 lemon zest
Bake on preheated oven for 4 minutes at 220 °C and than lower the temperature at 180 °C for the remaining 6 minutes and Enjoy!

– 30 g latte
– 5 g lievito per dolci
– 125 g farina tipo 00
– 125 g burro sciolto
– Scorza di 1 limone
In forno preriscaldato per 4 minuti a 220 °C, poi abbassare la temperatura a 180 °C per altri 6 minuti.
