Like anyone with a pulse I love to eat fried chicken. There’s one place in Paris that I go back to over and over again for their take on Nashville-style hot chicken, and that’s Street Bangkok Fry & Beer. Street Bangkok has a bunch of different locations in Paris, all serving different conceptual menus but with the same spirit and commitment to quality food. I highly recommend you try this chicken.
The wine pairing was the Maison Louis Picamelot Cremant de Bourgogne Les Reipes Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut. Chosen for the acidity to help cut through the richness of the fried chicken. Will it pair well? Watch to the end for my final verdict.
