After 20 years as a wine merchant in Paris, in 2006, Yvonnick Debray bought an old winery here in the heart of Beaune Côte-d’Or. He completely renovates the farm and hires one of Burgundy’s most renowned winemakers for production.
At Domaine Debray, approx. 8 acres of vines that account for 25+ cuvees. The grapes are carefully picked and pressed cold before fermentation. All wines are bottled on the farm and with natural cork. The production takes place with the deepest respect for the environment. The vines are carefully observed and treated only against diseases or pests if necessary.
