Melt 502 opened in 2020 in Lyndon and has already developed a strong following. The restaurant specializes in sandwiches and has an original menu. They offer an assortment of grilled sandwiches and egg rolls, from the Buffalo chicken Hot Boy, to the steak melt LaBelle. Be sure to get an order of the Melt fries, which come smothered in cheese, bacon and ranch.
