Traditional Onion Dip
Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup sour cream
1 package Lipton Oniom Soup
mix and chill
Hot Onion Dip
2 cups Shredded Swiss
2 cups sweet onion chopped
2 cups mayo
mix and bake 350 40-45 minutes until bubbly
Loaded Potato Salad
2 lbs baby duth potatoes halved
1 cup of chopped green onion
1 pound thick cut pepper bacon
2 cups mexican blend cheese
2 cups sour cream
1/2 mayo optional
Bake halved potatoes at 400 for 35 minutes on seasoned baking sheet
first spray with olive oil and season with season salt, kosher salt and old bay if desired
cook bacon in oven on parchment paper at 400 for 15-18 minutes
remove bacon and blot with paper towels
cool potatoes
mix all ingredients and toss together crumble in bacon last and enjoy!
