Hey guys, here we are at the start of a fresh new week! I am hoping you all have an amazing one coming up. I am starting this week with a fun little dinner recipe that will make the family VERY happy. We are making French Onion Chicken Noodle Casserole!! This one takes me back to my childhood as mom used to make some casseroles after work so she could throw something together quickly and have all of us happy lol. Well, this is a fun casserole that will have the whole family in love. When you do make it be sure to take a pic and post it to my Facebook page or over on Instagram and tag me.

Makes: 6 Servings
8 oz. Pasta Shells
3 Tbsp. Butter
2 Sweet Onions, Sliced
2 Tbsp. Flour
3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
1/3 Cup Dry White Wine
2-1/2 Cups Chicken Stock
3 Cups Chicken, Shredded
3/4 Cup Sour Cream
1/4 Cup Green Onions, Chopped
4 Cups Kettle Chips
