Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Baisan (Gram flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Chawal ka atta (Rice flour) ½ Cup
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Chaat masala 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tbs
-Ajwain (Carom seeds) ½ tsp
-Baking soda 1 pinch
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
-Water ½ Cup or as required
-Aalo (Potatoes) large ½ kg (peeled)
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a bowl,add gram flour,rice flour,coriander seeds,red chilli powder,chaat masala,salt,turmeric powder,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,carom seeds,baking soda,orange food color & mix well.
-Gradually add water & whisk until well combined,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes.
-Cut potatoes into French fries shape.
-Add potato fries & coat well.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium flame until golden brown.
-Sprinkle chaat masala & serve with tomato ketchup.

Directions:
-Bowl mein baisan,chawal ka atta,sabut dhania,lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namak,haldi powder,zeera,lal mirch crushed,ajwain,baking soda aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Aalo ko French fries ki shape mein cut ker lein.
-Aalo ka fries dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Chaat masala sprinkle karein aur tomato ketchup ka saath serve karein.
