Today’s recipe is a quick, easy and delicious one that my family absolutely loves. I’m making french toast! Check out the recipe below and watch the video and if you make it, let me know how it goes.

Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-3/4 cups of milk (I use cashew milk)
-1 tsp brown sugar
-1/2 tsp cinnamon
-dash of salt
-dash of nutmeg (optional)
-8-10 slices of bread (I used light rye bread)
-butter for cooking

Instructions:
Add all ingredients together in a bowl and whisk well.
Dip the bread, one slice at a time in the batter, making sure that both sides are well coated.
Put your pan on medium heat. Add butter to the pan.
Add a slice to the pan and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
If you will be freezing some, place on cooling rack until completely cool and then put the french toast in a freezer bag. Keeps well in the freezer for a couple of weeks.
