The case history of the new Ampelos pneumatic and continuous pressing system, installed at the Boisset Group headquarters in Nuit Saint Georges in Burgundy.
The plant is fully automated, from the grapes receiving to the pomace unloading inside the containers for disposal. It is equipped with Artificial Intelligence, an artificial neural network and advanced sensors.
The system processes up to 30 tons/hour of product.
Boisset is one of the largest French wine production groups, is a prestigious reality that includes numerous wineries all over the world.
