How to make French Mango Crepe
Hi to my ka-uragon diyan this is” Mhel’s simple cooking corner” In this video, I am going to teach you how to make French Mango Crepe which is good for dessert and breakfast. This recipe is no baking required but still yummy and tasty surely your family would love this.
Ingredients:
•3 eggs
•1/3 cup (35 g) sugar
•¾ tps (2 ml) vanilla extract
•1 1/3 cup (160 g) cake flour
•1 ½ cup (370 ml) milk
•3-4 tbsp melted butter
•3 mangoes
Procedure:
PROCEDURE:
1.Sift the cake flour together with the sugar to break up any lumps. Double sift to achieve the soft texture.
2.Add the egg and mix it together with the dry ingredients.
3. Pour in some milk to create the soft paste then add the vanilla.
4. Pour the remaining milk and the melted butter.
5.Heat up the pan and add some butter to it.
6. Add the crepe mixture depending on the size that you want, flip it over to cook the other side.
7. When your crepe is already cook set it aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.
8. Now that your crepe is ready start the layering by adding whipped cream on it and slices of mango.
9. Put the remaining mango as a topping to add more color.
