“And that’s how you do a delicious Quiche Lorraine” 😋

This recipe is definitely my mom’s favorite, she does it at least once a week and find it very easy to do 3-4-5 of them if we are many for diner. 😉

Ingredients :
– Puff pastry
– 3 Eggs
– Cream (double cream for me)
– Diced ham or Diced Pancetta
– Grated Cheddar
– Parmesan (my personal touch 😉)

Instructions:

Simply break 3 eggs on a bowl and add a bit of cream. Mix it all together. Season the mix with salt and pepper.

Place the puff pastry on a baking tray (rounded tray works best) place your Diced pancetta on the puff pastry.

Add in your egg mix on top and make sure it covers everything.
Too it all up with some grated cheddar and my personal favorite add some Parmesan for extra salty taste to the crust 😉

Place in the oven at 180* for 25 minutes.

Once ready let it cool down a few minutes before serving.
