Ingredients
500g Mussels
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Butter
4 cloves chopped garlic
1 medium chopped onion
3 Tbsp white wine
( you can use any white wine)
5 Tbsp Double or heavy cream
6 Tbsp water
Generous amount of chopped parsley
1 wedge of lemon
2 slices of toast or grilled bread
* salt, only add if required because the mussels have natural salt in them.
