My husband and I enjoy going to Wine Tasting Events and Wine Dinners. It is a great way to experience various food, wines, and food & wine pairings. It also broadens our taste buds as well as our wine knowledge.
This was our first time to experience The Chef’s Table Wine Dinner since we moved to Melbourne, Florida. However, it was The Chef’s Table’s 97th Wine Dinner. Seriously, that speaks volumes and the reservations sold out fast.
Since we got there early, I got to see all the prep work that goes into hosting a Wine Dinner … and it was well orchestrated.
After the Wine Dinner, I also got a chance to interview David Dashi (Owner & Executive Chef) and learned that The Chef’s Table has been hosting Monthly Wine Dinners for approximately 9 years now. There’s a lot of passion, creativity, and effort, that goes into putting together a Wine Dinner. Also the dedication and relationships, David has established with his guests makes his Wine Dinners a success!
