Learn how to make baguette bread at home from start to finish! This french baguette recipe makes 6 mini (9 inch~) french baguettes.
TIP: FOR CRISPY baguettes, add a bowl of water (instead of ice) under the baguettes, spray water into the oven OR throw ice directly into the base of the oven. You will need a burst of steam to create a crispy crust.

SERVES: 6 mini baguettes
INGREDIENTS for French Baguette Bread
All-Purpose – 1 lb. (3-1/3 cups) more for dusting
Active Dry Yeast – 2-1/2 tsp
Fine Salt – 1-1/2 tsp
lukewarm water – 12 oz (1.5 cups)
Semolina flour or cornmeal (optional) – for sprinkling on surface
