Ingredients:
– 5 tbsp, Unsalted butter melted
– 2 tbsp & 5 tbsp, Granulated sugar
– 3 tbsp, Whole Milk
– 6 tbsp, All purpose flour
– 1/2 tsp, Baking powder
– A pinch, salt
– 3 large, Eggs ( yolk separated)
– 1/2 lime juice

METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 300 deg Fahrenheit.
2. In a bowl, add the melted butter, 2 tbsp sugar and milk. Whisk it till sugar dissolves.
3. Sift the flour and baking powder. Add this into the butter mixture and fold in. Keep it aside.
4. Separate the egg whites and yolks. Add the separated yolks to the butter-flour mixture.
5. With hand mixer beat the egg whites for 3-5 mins until the white foam is formed with spike.
6. Add the lime juice and the remaining sugar and beat it until everything incorporates in. This is French Meringue.
7. Mix the yellow yolk and add the yolk mixture to the French Meringue and gently mix not more than 10 mix.
8. In a baking pan, grease it with non stick baking spray. Place it in a large baking pan and add water to the large pan.
9. Bake it for 60 to 70 mins and insert a tooth pick to check if it’s come out clear.
