Pumpkin Spice Latte Recipe

Ingredients:
1 cup milk 2 % or whole
4 Tbsp. pumpkin puree, no spices
1 ½ Tbsp. monk fruit sweetener, or your favorite, you can use coconut sugar, sugar, honey, maple syrup, etc.
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice
⅓ to ½ cup of strong coffee or espresso, I used a French press to make this and takes 4 minutes.
⅔ cup real whipped cream to garnish, mixed with 1 tsp. Sugar, and ½ tsp. Vanilla extract
1 – 2 scoops collagen protein powder.

Mix the whipping cream in a chilled bowl and add the sugar and vanilla. Use a wire whisk to whip the cream, should take 2 to by hand.

In a small saucepan, add the milk, pumpkin, sweetener, pumpkin spice, coffee, and collagen powder and whisk to combine. Don’t let this boil, just bring it to a simmer. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla extract and stir.

You can really get two servings out of this so pour into two cups, top with whipped cream and a dash of pumpkin spice on top.

It really is that simple. No chemicals, preservatives, additives etc. Just real food products you can pronounce! Most important, less sugar.
Enjoy!
