Crafted in the Bear Claw Bakery, these french macarons are only one example of the many innovative ways UM Catering can serve you! Shell:
1 cup almond flour
1 ½ cup powdered sugar
3 egg whites( room temperature)
5 Tbsp granulated sugar
Food color of your choice

Buttercream:
1 cup egg whites
1 lb granulated sugar
1 lb 4 oz butter (room temperature)
