#SouthAfrica produces millions of tonnes of #FoodWaste a year. At the same time, nearly a fifth of households struggle to have enough to eat, a situation that has been made worse by the economic impact of the #Covid-19 pandemic. Now, a group of chefs and volunteers are working to save usable food from being thrown out and turn it into meals for those in need.
