This week, I’m excited to share with you something that Jonessa and I put together as a Wine Challenge Chardonnay Face Off! That’s right, this will be a quest to put head-to-head Old World vs. New World white wines to find out it if Burgundy vs. California Chardonnay will come out on top. Of course, this is keeping to my theme of finding the best cheap white wines in the Philippines so this will be showcasing the best cheap Chardonnays that we can find for under P500 or $10. Plus, pairing with Salmon as our entree today to answer the question: “what wine should I pair with Salmon?”. Is Californiat wine better? Or is French wine better? Stay tuned to find out!
