2. BUTTER. 50_70 GRAMS.
3. LEMON JUICE OF. 2 LEMONS.
4. CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER. TO TASTE.
5. SALT. TO TASTE.
6. APPLE SLICES. 2 FOR THE SAUCE.
7. DRIED PARSLEY LEAVES. TO GARNISH.

INSTRUCTIONS.
1. SEASON THE ZALM FILLET WITH CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER AND SALT.
2. MARINATE IT FOR 5_10 MINUTES.
3. HEAT THE 50 GRAMS OF BUTTER IN A SAUCEPAN AND PUT THE FILLET IN GENTLY.
4. FRY ALL THE 4 SIDES OF THIS FILLET ONE BY ONE BY COVERING THE LID.
5. WHEN IT TURNS GOLDEN BROWN FROM ALL SIDES.
6. ADD HALF OF THE LEMON JUICE.

1. HEAT REST OF THE BUTTER IN ANOTHER SAUCEPAN.

3. ADD LEMON JUICE IN IT.
4. PUT APPLE SLICES IN IT.
5. STIR WELL AND THE SAUCE IS READY.

DISH OUT THE FRIED ZALM ADD POUR THE LEMON SAUCE ON IT WITH APPLE SLICES.
