Who doesn’t love a nice charcuterie board to go with their vegan wine on Valentine’s Day? In this video Chelsie shows us her favorite wine pairings to have with this vegan charcuterie board.

These wine options from Querciabella come from a 100% vegan winery that follows sustainable and cruelty-free practices through viticulture, vinification and sustainable agriculture practices.

THE PAIRINGS:
Querciabella Batàr, a white wine from Italy, pairs well with goat cheese, turkey deli slices, and olives. Chelsie chose Cheezehound’s Italian Herb Cashevre, a vegan “goat” cheese, and Unreal Deli Turk’y to make it vegan.

Querciabella Chianti Classico, a red wine from the Chianti region of Italy, pairs well with cheddar cheese, parmesan, and prosciutto. For this wine pairing, Chel chose Reine’s Sharp Cheddar, Violife’s Parmesan, and Mia Cold Cuts’ Prosciutto. You guessed it – all plant-based!

Querciabella Mongrana is another red wine from Italy that is 50% Sangiovese, 25% Merlot, and 25% Carbenet. Chel pairs this wine with Virgin Cheese’s Smoked Gouda, and Renegade Salami’s Sweet Toscana salami.
