Our host, Ms. Akeela Meyers (Culinary Management student), shares the recent visit of the French Ambassador to Trinidad & Tobago, Mr. Serge Lavroff and his wife Caroline, who both enjoy authentic French cuisine prepared by our students at the Hilltop Restaurant.
We also welcome young visitors from the Bon Air Secondary School who tour our campus and have lunch, with an added bonus of a mini dining etiquette lesson.
Finally, we sit in with our students during TTHTI’s Customer Service Awareness series and discuss the challenges and many opportunities to make a difference in the hospitality industry of Trinidad & Tobago.
