Ninkasi whiskey is made in the French craft beer brewery and distillery near Lyon. Ninkasi is the Sumerian name for the goddess of beer. Ninkasi 2017/2020 – 3 years Whiskey Experience Track 4 was made from Pislner malt and then matured in ex-cognac barrels from the Feuillat Juyot winery and received a finish in white wine barrels from Burrier Château de Beauregard. Limited to 3,200 bottles!
