Simple French dressing recipe that is keto friendly and perfect for you next salad!

2 cloves of garlic
1 tablespoon of Monkfruit sweetener
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of black peppercorns
1 teaspoon of mustard powder

Grind these ingredients together in food processor

1 tablespoon of tomato paste
3 oz of Red wine vinegar or pomegranate vinegar

Add to the ground ingredients and blend for 20 seconds

3/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil

With the food processor on medium speed, slowly pour the e.v.o.o. To create emulsion. Should take about 1:30 to 2 minutes.

Transfer to a jar and enjoy!
