Today we dip our toe into the land of Red Burgundy wine with a wine from David Duband. A couple of years ago I went to a tasting where David walked us through his portfolio of wines and they were astounding. Unfortunately this was the only bottle I purchased and it is a decision I will have to live with.
I’ve heard people wax poetic about Burgundy and I understood the reasoning behind it up to a point. However, the more Red Burgundy I taste the more I am becoming one of those people who will speak highly of it.
