FULL RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
Sugar – 2 Tablespoons (granulated)
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 Teaspoon
Milk – 2 Tablespoons
Egg – 1
Vanilla essence
Brown bread – 8 slices
Butter – 1 Teaspoon (2 cubes)
Nutella
PROCEDURE:
1. Take a bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon powder and keep aside.
2. Beat egg with milk and vanilla essence and keep aside.
3. Cut the corners of the bread slices and roll to flatten bread slices and spread nutella. Make rolls.
4. Dip the roll into the egg batter and shake to remove the excess batter.
5. Take a pan on medium flame. Add butter and shallow fry till it turns golden on each side.
6. Coat the rolls with sugar and cinnamon mixture and serve.
