TODAY, my guest is Adrienne Jennifer “AJ” Roskam-Cheung. AJ was born in Hong Kong, raised in the United States (UC Dacvis alum), and now resides in France. She is a multi-lingual, Hospitality and Sales Manager at Château Cantenac, an award-winning, 47-acre family-owned-and-run winery in Saint-Emilion, France. Château Cantenac has been the number one activity/thing to do in Saint-Emilion on TripAdvisor every year since 2014. And has also been awarded six consecutive Certificate of Excellence Awards and a Hall of Fame Award. In 2017, Château Cantenac won the Best of Wine Tourism’s “Jury’s Choice Award”, organized by the Chamber of Commerce of Bordeaux to recognize the best wineries in Bordeaux to visit.
