Ingredients:
Classic French Toast:
1 tbsp Vanilla Custard Powder
1 tbsp Besan / Gram Flour
2 tbsp Sugar
1 pinch Cinnamon Powder
1 pinch Salt
1/2 cup Milk
5 Bread Slices
2 tsp Butter
Honey/Syrup & Fruits to Serve
Double Chocolate French Toast
1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp Custard Powder
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 cup Hot Milk
6-8 Bread Slices
4-5 tbsp Chocolate Spread
Chopped Chocolate and Nuts
3 tsp Butter
Honey/Syrup, Fruits and Chocolate to Serve
Kitchen Products I use:
Measuring Cup & Spoon Set –
Kitchen Weight Scale –
Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable –
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream –
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
