For its second edition, the Night of Ideas in Denmark, which was organized digitally due to the sanitary situation, explored the idea of closeness in the world of gastronomy. French and Danish specialists with very different backgrounds discussed how to achieve a sustainable food system, in which food can be transported directly from the farm to the dining table.
