Ingredients (for 4 persons):
1.5 kg / 3.3 pounds potatoes
300 gr / 10.6 oz salted, smoked bacon
1 glass of white wine
6 tbsp. crème fraîche
500 gr / 1 pound Reblochon cheese (French cheese from Savoie in the Alps)
3 cloves of garlic
2 large onions
a bit of oil (for frying bacon and onions)
