RECIPE:-
PEEL,WASH AND CUT POTATOES IN VERTICAL PIECES
SOAK IN WATER FOR 30 MINUTES
DRY THE CUT POTATOES WITH A CLOTH
ADD SALT,CORNFLOUR,ALL PURPOSE FLOUR IN FRIES AND FRY.
SPRINKLE CHAAT MASALA AND HICKEN POWDER IN THE END
