Ingredients:
Raspberries (can substitute your favorite berry)
Mint leaves
Lemon
1/2 Vodka
Forbidden Kiss Sparkling Red Wine
1/2 tsp raw honey
1 tsp chambord liqueur
Instructions:
Place 5 berries in the bottom of your shaker tin
Add mint leaves
Add .5 oz of lemon juice
Using a wooden muddler, muddle raspberries and mint until raspberries are slightly mashed, but somewhat whole
Add Vodka, add ice, shake
Fine strain using a conical fine-strainer into a champagne flute
Fill up rest of glass with Champagne, Prosecco, or Moscato wine, stir gently.
Garnish with edible flower.
Optional – Add a 1/2 tsp raw honey/1 tsp chambord
