Since living in Paris I’ve been keen to visit more cities in the rest of France, and Bordeaux has been high on my list for months now. So when we found some super-cheap train tickets for a long weekend there, we snapped them up.
Bordeaux is such a beautiful city, but not far from the centre is stunning countryside and the vineyards that make the region so famous. It’s a must-see!
