Good morning my wild and beautiful friends!
Today were having Sunday brunch. And we’re making French toast with Just Egg. It’s so simple so nostalgic. Chewy toasted to perfection. You have to try it!!

You’ll need-
1 cup Just Egg substitute
1/2 cup of your favorite plant based milk ( I used unsweetened soy)
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
Sliced (about 4 slices) bread that has either stayed out overnight to dry- or has been dried at 200 degrees F for 10 minutes in your oven.
Soak bread until almost falling apart. Fry on medium heat in plant based butter or oil for 5 minutes each side.
