Search for:

1.Take 2 eggs. Seperate egg yolk and white.
2.Take a medium bowl and beat egg white(you can use egg beater)until it become fluffy.Now you can add egg yolk into and whisk it.
3.Cut onion, tomato, and chilli into small pieces
4.In a nonstick pan,over low heat pour oil and add onion into it, add pinch of salt.
5.You can add tomato and chilli into it when onion turns into brown.
6. You can place aside this mixture once it gets cooked.
7.Now pour the egg mixture into it,using wooden spatula, constandly scrape the bottom of the pan while shaking the pan into circular motion, to ensure that egg cook slowly.Stop stirring as soon as egg softly scarmbled and creamy.About 1-2 minutes.
8.Now u can add the masala(that we have kept aside), salt, pepper to taste,cheese and coriander leaves above it.
9.Turn the heat off,gently fold the omlette into one side and You can serve now.
